Return Policy:

 

Placing an order with Divine Treasure is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to visit our website you can either order via our online service or contact our friendly customer service through email at Shopdivinetreasure@gmail.com.  If for any reason the company has made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange. Also, the jewelry must remain in the exact state as it was when you received the package to qualify for an exchange. We suggest that you fully inspect your package upon receiving it because of the timely exchange policy. Exchange is predicated on the decision of the owner.  There are no refunds on personalized jewelry pieces.

 

 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not available under any circumstance.  Please email shopdivinetreasure@gmail.com for any concerns or inquiries.

• Items may be out of stock.  Divine Treasure will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.

We accept almost all major credit cards and use PayPal to invoice customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we look forward to doing business with you.

 

Shipping :

 

We will ship all goods within 72 hours of receipt. We need this time to properly process your order for accuracy and deliver goods for shipment. 

Personalized and custom jewelry can take up to 4-5 weeks for tracking and shipping confirmation.  There will be times when custom jewelry shipping is delayed, due to customs delaying the package shipment to us for processing of the international shipment.   

International shipping will take longer being shipped out from us as well.

All packages are sent with signature confirmations. If a package connot be tracked and has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date please contact us immediately. Although this is very rare, it can happen. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. We do not cover lost packages. All goods ship via USPS (United states Postal Service) and we will not make any attempts or fulfill any request to ship with any other shipping company.

 

 

Product Details:

 

Divine Treasure will have some pieces that are gold, sterling silver, brass, vermeil, and gold-plated. 

Please note, the costume pieces are not real gold and can tarnish.

 

Most of our unisex and custom jewelry pieces are 18K gold plated.

 

What does 18k gold plated mean?

Gold-plated jewelry is created using an electro-chemical process that places a layer of Gold on copper, brass, or some other base metal.  The thickness of the Gold used in plating usually determines the price of the piece.

It's a good quality thin layer of gold applied to the metal jewelry.

It is not gold filled it requires special care to make it last longer.

How long will it last?

It depends on how often the item it is worn and how thick the plating of the jewelry is.  Most of our gold-plated chains are heavily plated with gold..  Gold-plated jewelry is much less expensive than gold-filled; however, the gold color will eventually wear off as it comes into contact with the wearer's skin or other external factors. 

How to take care of your jewelry pieces?

Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its divine beauty.  Wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft jewelry cleaning cloth to keep it clean and free of particles that oxidize.
